Rodenticides
Rodenticides are a separate category of zoocides; this is a group of agents for the control of rodents (mice, rats).
Rodenticides are used to protect warehouses, granaries, territories of grain processing and other enterprises, as well as grain crops. Currently, two main groups of rodenticides are used: chemical origin and synthetic origin.
According to the speed and nature of the impact, acute preparations (cause the death of pests after a single consumption of a poisonous substance) and chronic action (the death of pests occurs due to biochemical and pathological changes in the body) are distinguished.
