Basic equipment:
Type:
Trailer. Designed for spreading loose granular fertilizers. Possibility of conversion for spreading chicken manure, chalk (optional).
Frame:
Type — one-piece, consists of two longitudinal beams fastened with crossbars. A hopper made of steel painted with powder paint is installed on the frame. The chassis is attached to the frame.
Bunker:
All-metal, pyramidal shape. Inside the hopper is a conveyor made of rubberized material. Conveyor overload protection system. Protective awning.
Hydraulic system:
Autonomous hydraulic drive system of the conveyor belt, plates of the spreading system. Hydraulic lifting of the shutters of the feed system. Driven by tractor PTO — 1000 rpm
Feeding system:
Rubberized conveyor made of high-strength material with a tension and tension control system. Hydraulic shutters for material supply. Each plate has its own curtain. Mechanical system for adjusting the maximum opening of the curtains. Conveyor belt width — 0.8 m
Spreading system:
Consists of two plates driven with hydraulic motors. Each plate has 5 spreading plates (each plate has a specific spreading range). For different types of fertilizers, different types of plates are available on request. The mechanism for changing the position of the spreading plates relative to the supply window is to adjust for poor quality fertilizers.
Hitch:
Drawbar with sprung suspension to compensate for vibrations — a system for working on uneven fields. Hydraulic jack.
Dosing system:
Automatic system that regulates the application rate depending on the driving speed. The computer is installed in the tractor cab. Possibility to smoothly change the spreading width.
Brake system:
Hydraulic type with relief valves, parking brake

From 10 to 28 m.
