Tillage machinery
This section presents the most innovative solutions in soil preparation. One of the advantages of the design of these machines is the adaptation to different types of soil (chernozem, heavy loamy, sandy loamy, chestnut soils). The high efficiency of using combined aggregates allows not only to save money, but also to have time to prepare the soil in a short agrotechnical time.
Application and types of tillage equipment
Tillage equipment is a special machine designed for high-quality soil tillage before sowing. The use of high-quality tillage equipment is one of the components of the success of any farm, because the future harvest largely depends on tillage before sowing cultivated plants.
The main types of tillage equipment include:
- Cultivators for seedbed preparation used to prepare the soil for sowing buckwheat, corn, sunflower, millet, rapeseed, beets and other crops;
- Cultivators used to mulch the soil to a depth of 4 to 10 cm and cut the roots after harvesting crops;
- Green manure grinders designed for grinding and uniform distribution of plant residues of peas, corn, sunflower, wheat, barley and other crops over the soil;
- Rippers used to loosen compacted soil layers. After loosening, a smooth surface remains and the maximum amount of crop residues is preserved, protecting the upper layers of the soil. Rippers are suitable for no-till as well as minimum tillage;
- A chisel plow designed for soil cultivation for sowing various crops in fields where there is a large amount of plant residues;
- A mounted plow used for medium and deep plowing of the soil
